Arrive by
8:00 AM
Registration opens at 8:00 AM. Games begin promptly at 8:45 AM, whether your team is ready or not.
Required equipment
Come ready to play.
No extra equipment will be available on-site. Players cannot participate without the required equipment.
- CSA-approved helmet
- Full cage or face shield if under 18
- Shin pads if under 18
- Running shoes
- Hockey gloves
- Hockey stick
Team-colour T-shirts will be provided at the registration desk.

- Sticks must remain below the waist; no slapshots.
- All penalties result in a penalty shot.
- One 15-second timeout per game.
- Tied games proceed to a two-player shootout.
- Standings: 2 points for a win, 1 for a shootout loss.
- Tiebreakers: head-to-head, then goal differential.
